The breakfast was gorgeous and freshly cooked, equipped with excellent options. The mattresses were good quality. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will choose it for future trips.

Had a pleasant stay during our visit. Everything was fine, though a few employees were rather noisy. The room was bright, good value for money with hypoallergenic pillows. The location in a commercial area was perfect and magnificent. Distance to the airport was just 10 km.

we stayed in a fairly quiet and bright room with balcony, and really enjoyed it.

The service here was incredible, they really went above and beyond. 🌟 the location was spot on, couldn't have asked for better. the restaurant had a cool vibe to it and the food was absolutely delicious. Every single staff member was so welcoming and friendly.

Excellent location. The beds were good in our room. We could easily get to Torre Cardenas and parque bola azul was near the hotel...

I liked the room, very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. Good treatment from the hotel staff. The location in my case was perfect because I was going to work and I didn't want to be too close to the center, plus it's an area where you can easily park on the street for free which is not the case in the center. You have the mall next door and city buses that take you easily from one place to another.

They gave us the first night a room that was not what we had asked for on the first floor, that the noise from the street was too much, and we were looking for a quiet room with an office because I had to work and this one did not have a living room, but four beds and they did not solve it for us until the next day (that part is fine because they changed us without problems the next day but I think I should have looked for a solution for the same night).

The double bed was comfortable but the children's two singles looked like a stone hard as they were. The rooms were spacious.

breakfast buffet, bordered on the ridiculous, little quantity and variety, to top it all off when the dishes were gone, they didn't restock as it happens in any hotel, if you tell me that breakfast comes with the accommodation or is worth little, I would have a pass, for 9. 95 euros to access that breakfast is super expensive to what they offer, it's not like a 4 star, I'm sure that in 3 star hotels they surpass by far that miserable breakfast. I took it as a joke, when other customers came down, on one of the counters there was nothing on the plates, new customer's face was a poem looking all over the place as if to say "what do I do", when he addressed the person in the hotel, we laughed because the employee's response was "what do you need? On the other hand, although I guess it wasn't the whole hotel, bathroom smelled like pipes, truth is a four star hotel with a shower curtain, no shower screen... it confirms that it is a three star hotel.

For us the location was good because it was a bit out of the centre of town and the parking was easy in front of the hotel or you could pay for parking at the hotel. We left our car in a parking spot near the hotel and we caught a bus into town, to railway station and to the beach. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and cool. We enjoyed our stay and used the town as a base to visit Granada.

The location was particularly good. the staff was incredibly welcoming. - There was Mr Beer's nearby to grab something to eat.

Excellent location. Near but not "in town" for Almeria sights and restaurants. Low traffic noise. On site underground parking. Hotel staff very helpful with directions to sights and parking. Excellent breakfast selection. Room and bath were very clean.

Hotel air conditioning was not working. Had to open window to cool room down. Their hvac system needs some work.

it was easy to find as it's located on one of the main avenues into town. it's near a relatively new shopping mall so, fantastic for shopping. there again, it's not near the beach but good for business trips. i would definitely go again as the staff were friendly, the rooms modern & clean and it was very conveniently located.

Booked a standard room with a personal safe, climate control, and a mini bar, here was close to a nice restaurant, the business district, and some lovely parks nearby.

The air conditioning was inadequqte. The bed was to hard. The engish tv chanel did not work. The bragg about their cusine yet all they could all they could offer my vegetarian wfe ws a salad this was not good enough for a four star hotel

We traveled to Almeria city for work purposes. We emphasize the facility to find parking in nearby streets for free. Then, girl who attended us in the afternoon / evening was very helpful and friendly. She helped us to take references to walk around the center which is about 20 minutes walk. hotel was very clean and well looked after. We stayed on the sixth floor and corridors shone spotlessly. With a wonderful tranquility. Once in our room, its amplitude was remarkable. Well equipped and with a view. beds were two singles and legs give a sensation of little stability and mattress is a little hard for our modest opinion. bathroom is the same, spacious with bath, bidet and sink.

The only problem was that the toilet lid was clean but had permanent stains and was somewhat deteriorated and with some scale on the bottom of the toilet details to be polished. But otherwise everything was perfect and without doubt a great option to take into account.
